If you use a wheelchair or other mobility support, it will be carried free of charge as checked baggage.

Traveling with children
Children between the ages of 0 and 11 can travel accompanied by the payment of the discounted rate of 50% rounded to the next unit.
Family promo
If you travel in a group of more than 4 passengers you will have access to the family promo with a 10% discount on the rate applied at the time of purchase.
Entertainment on board
Entertainment on board is assured with a cute set of crayons and coloring pages.
Unaccompanied minors
Children between the ages of 11 and 18 can travel unaccompanied unless the appropriate authorization is completed..
Transport of luggage and stroller
Every child is entitled to free transport of two checked baggage, one carry-on baggage and a stroller.
Child restraint systems for children
If you wish to use a child restraint, this will be provided free of charge.
In order to offer you the best possible service and to ensure that you have access to child restraint systems, we ask you to contact us and inform us of your travel needs at least 48 hours before the date and time of departure; after this period we would not be able to manage your booking.
At the time of booking you will be asked the weight of your/or child/s.

Traveling with small animals
Small pets can travel at a reduced rate of 50% rounded up to the next unit.
Transport is permitted only if the animal is placed inside the carrier or has a muzzle.
Small pets must be placed on the ground, next to the seat reserved by the passenger in such a way as not to hinder the smooth performance of the service or kept on the passenger’s lap.
The passenger shall be responsible for the supervision of the animals transported throughout the journey; he is exclusively responsible for any damage to persons and property caused by his animal.
It is never allowed to occupy the seat by placing the carrier on it; the seat remains at the passenger’s disposal only.
The person who takes the animal is obliged to compensate for the damage if the same insudici or deteriorates in another way the bus non-compliance with these rules may result in the removal of the animal and the interruption of the safe journey.
In the event that the animal disturbs other passengers (for allergy problems, etc.) on the advice of the crew, the passenger, with his animal, shall be required to occupy any other available seat.
Guide dogs accompanying visually impaired persons are allowed free of charge.
