School mobility manager
The school mobility manager is a specialized figure in the government of the mobility demand and in the promotion of sustainable mobility in the field of moving home – school.
The mobility manager will be responsible for the management, planning and planning of the mobility of pupils and teaching staff and in particular:

- questionnaire administration
- analysis of questionnaire results

The stages to travel together
Analysis
The analysis phase foresees, on the one hand, the evaluation of the structural conditions of the school analyzing its positioning and the mobility services that the surrounding area offers, with a look at the urban plan of sustainable mobility, where present, and on the other hand the assessment of the mode of movement, the needs of movement and the propensity to change of pupils and teaching staff.
Adoption
The adoption of the travel plan home – school is scheduled by 31 December each year.
The home – school travel plan must be submitted to the area mobility manager within 15 days of adoption.
Design
The design phase stems from the cross-over of data emerged from the analysis phase allowing the drafting of the travel plan home – school.
Monitoring
The home – school travel plan is subject to constant monitoring by the school mobility manager in relation to the effectiveness of the measures applied by evaluating the expected benefits of the measures applied.
The monitoring of the travel plan home – school is also developed through incentive strategies that can encourage pupils and teaching staff to have virtuous behaviors that contribute to the achievement of school mobility objectives.
